What is the typical lead time for custom club kits?
Standard custom club kits usually take 3–4 weeks for production and delivery. During peak seasons, this may extend slightly, but we will always provide a confirmed timeline upon order approval.
Do you offer bulk discounts for professional sports clubs?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing models based on the volume of the order. The more sets your club or academy orders, the lower the price per unit becomes.
Can I add custom logos, player names, and numbers to the jerseys?
Absolutely. We specialize in full customization including high-quality embroidery for club crests and durable heat-press printing for sponsor logos, names, and numbers.
What is your return policy for personalized teamwear?
Since personalized items are made to your specific requirements, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Non-customized stock items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct sizes for my team?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. For large club orders, we can also arrange for 'sizing samples' to be sent to your facility to ensure a perfect fit for every athlete.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. For registered sports clubs and schools, we also offer the option to pay via official purchase orders and invoices.
