At Masita Club Teamwear, we are dedicated to ensuring your squad looks and feels their best on the pitch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Masita account or contact our support team to initiate a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free from any signs of match use or personalization.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned teamwear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
